Between 1888 and 1893 the U.S. Congress, through legislation, attempted to form the "image of the beast." In 24 sermons, Jones recounts his labors for religious liberty at the House of Representatives, then proceeds into discourses dealing with Christ's righteousness in an end-time setting. His burden is to see Christ glorified by a finished work in the lives of His people. 319 pp.
